Collaborate with EELA2 or become an EELA2 Member?

From January 2006 to December 2007 EELA promoted a powerful research network by creating an e-infrastructure for e-Science applications through the share of expertise and computing resources available in both Europe and Latin America.

Such project was opened to any European or Latin American institution willing to collaborate either by a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) defining the terms of the collaboration or by becoming a project associate. Altogether, eight (8) MoUs have been signed with other projects and scientific communities and three (3) new Latin American institutions became EELA associated partners.

The EELA Project ended its first phase but the second one will start on the 1st of April 2008 and will last till the 31st of March 2010.
